Once a booking has been made, the property will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Heating will be charged between mid-October and mid-May. Air conditioning will be charged between mid-June and mid-September. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
